دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة — 13 أكتوبر 2025: افتتح جيتكس جلوبال 2025، أكبر حدث للتقنية والذكاء الاصطناعي في العالم، فعالياته اليوم بقاعات ممتلئة وعبر أضخم تجمع لقادة الحكومات العالمية والشركات التقنية والشركات الناشئة والمستثمرين والتنفيذيين في قطاع الأعمال، مُتوّجًا مسيرة 45 عامًا وذلك في مركز دبي التجاري العالمي.
وتنعقد الفعالية خلال 13–17 أكتوبر 2025، حيث تجمع أكثر من 6,800 عارض و2,000 شركة ناشئة و1,200 مستثمر ووفودًا من أكثر من 180 دولة. ولا يقتصر التأثير على الحجم فحسب، بل يمتد عالميًا؛ إذ تعكس نسخة هذا العام التسارع في اندماج التكنولوجيا والاستراتيجية الاقتصادية والطموح الجيوسياسي — مُكرِّسةً دبي كقوة جامعة تتعاون عندها الحكومات وروّاد الصناعة والمبتكرون لمواجهة التحديات وفرص بناء اقتصادات ومجتمعات يقودها الذكاء.
تعاون وزاري عالمي حول الأثر الاقتصادي والسياسي للذكاء الاصطناعي
افتتح النقاشات المحورية على المنصة الرئيسية معالي عبدالله بن طوق المري، وزير الاقتصاد والسياحة في دولة الإمارات، متحدّثًا حول موضوع: “السباق إلى ما بعد الابتكار: الذكاء الاصطناعي والجغرافيا السياسية وإعادة ضبط الاقتصاد العالمي”، مؤكّدًا أن الابتكار وتنويع الاقتصاد يظلان في صميم الاستراتيجية الوطنية لدولة الإمارات.
وقال معالي عبدالله بن طوق المري: “إن دولة الإمارات، بفضل الرؤية الاستشرافية لقيادتها الرشيدة، لا تكتفي اليوم بالمشاركة في السباق العالمي للابتكار، بل تعمل على رسم ملامحه وترسيخ دعائمه، من خلال بناء نموذج اقتصادي يقوم على المرونة والتوجه المستقبلي ،ويرتكز على المعرفة والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة، الأمر الذي يعزز مكانة الدولة في طليعة المشهد الاقتصادي العالمي”.
وانتقالًا إلى الأثر العالمي للتقنيات العميقة، انضمّت إيكاترينا زهارييفا، مفوضة الشركات الناشئة والبحث والابتكار في المفوضية الأوروبية، إلى الدكتورة نجوى عراج، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ معهد الابتكار التكنولوجي (الذراع البحثي التطبيقي لمجلس أبحاث التكنولوجيا المتقدمة في الإمارات)، لاستكشاف كيفية قدرة منظومات “التقنيات العميقة” على إحداث تغيير على مستوى الدول.
وقالت إيكاترينا زهارييفا، مفوضة الشركات الناشئة والبحث والابتكار في المفوضية الأوروبية:
“يتشارك الاتحاد الأوروبي ودولة الإمارات رؤية لدفع الابتكار بما يعود بالنفع على مواطنينا. نحن متوافقون على أهمية الشركات الناشئة وشركات التوسّع لاقتصاداتنا. وتبدأ هذه الرحلة في جيتكس 2025”.
وجمعت جلسة “دورة الذكاء الفائقة” كلًا من معالي عمر سلطان العلماء، وزير دولة للذكاء الاصطناعي والاقتصاد الرقمي وتطبيقات العمل عن بُعد في الإمارات؛ ومعالي إيفان سولومون، وزير الذكاء الاصطناعي والابتكار الرقمي في كندا؛ وأمانديب غِل، مبعوث الأمم المتحدة للتقنيات الرقمية، لبحث كيفية تحوّل الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى البنية التحتية الاقتصادية المُحدِّدة لهذا القرن.
معالي إيفان سولومون، وزير الذكاء الاصطناعي والابتكار الرقمي في حكومة كندا: “يُعدّ جيتكس مثالًا محوريًا للغاية على إطلاق روّاد الأعمال بسرعات لم نشهدها من قبل — وعلينا أن نحافظ على قيمنا ونبني معًا. من الرائع لقاء الناس والشركات، وأن نرى شراكتنا العميقة مع دولة الإمارات تتعزّز فيما نتشارَك هذه الرسالة: تحويل الذكاء الاصطناعي من تقنية موثوقة إلى تقنية مُصمَّمة لخدمة الجميع”.
ومع بدء الاتحاد الأوروبي تنفيذ استراتيجية Apply AI التي تبلغ قيمتها 1.1 مليار دولار أمريكي لتسريع تبنّي الذكاء الاصطناعي في القطاعات الحيوية، وإشراف الإمارات على 3.5 مليارات دولار من استثمارات الذكاء الاصطناعي ضمن استراتيجية أبوظبي الحكومية الرقمية 2025–2027، ناقش قادة حكوميون من المنطقتين ديناميكيات الاستقلالية الاستراتيجية في الذكاء الاصطناعي. وشارك في النقاش معالي كسينيا كلمبفر وزيرة التحول الرقمي في سلوفينيا، ومعالي الدكتور رافاو روزينسكي نائب وزير الشؤون الرقمية في بولندا، وسعادة حمد عبيد المنصوري مدير عام ديجيتال دبي، إلى جانب ستيفان واكي، مدير EISMEA في المجلس الأوروبي للابتكار (بلجيكا)، حيث تناولوا كيف أصبحت مصانع الذكاء الاصطناعي محورًا للاستراتيجيات الصناعية والوطنية.
وتحدّث أندرو فيلدمان، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة سيريبراس — شركة اليونيكورن التي أطلقت أكبر حاسوب خارق لتدريب الذكاء الاصطناعي بالشراكة مع جي42 — عن تحقيق شركته أسرع سرعات استدلال للذكاء الاصطناعي، بما قد يُعيد تعريف الحوسبة عالية الأداء.
وقال أندرو فيلدمان، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة سيريبراس: “قمنا ببناء أكبر شريحة في تاريخ صناعة الحوسبة، بحجم طبق العشاء. ومن خلال التوسّع في حجم الشرائح، استطعنا الاحتفاظ بمزيد من المعلومات على الشريحة وتقليل نقلها. وهذا يعني استهلاكًا أقل للطاقة، وتسليم النتائج بسرعة أكبر”.
شركات عالمية تكشف مستقبل السحابة والاتصال والذكاء الاصطناعي
Visitors to the exhibition witnessed a wave of breakthrough technologies from major global companies. Etisalat e& presented demonstrations that attracted large crowds on next-generation connectivity and intelligent robotics. Among the most notable surprises were the Mercedes-Benz VISION EQXX concept car, which redefines future mobility with a record-breaking range exceeding 1,000 km on a single electric charge, along with XPENG ‘s latest eVTOL aircraft .
Oracle also showcased its unique distributed cloud concept that enables organizations to accelerate AI adoption, and visitors experienced an interactive experience that creates realistic, customizable video avatars in seconds with Oracle Generative AI —heralding a new era of hyper-personalized enterprise tools.
At GITEX Global, BlackBerry launched a leading cybersecurity office suite , while Amazon Web Services (AWS) and HCL Software unveiled advanced solutions for cloud modernization and enterprise-level AI deployment.
The day also featured an unprecedented level of international participation, with Brazil joining as Country Partner with its largest-ever delegation, alongside national pavilions from Canada , Spain , Turkey , Chile , and Ecuador , and broader representation from Europe , Central Asia , Latin America , Africa , and the Levant .
What’s Next — “AI-Born” Societies Take the Lead
The major announcements and rich discussions continue on the second day, with Sam Altman , CEO of OpenAI , delivering his first keynote at GITEX Global in a virtual conversation with Peng Xiao , CEO of G42 , exploring the structural foundations of AI-born societies . Country-level discussions continue with the participation of senior leaders from G42 , OpenAI , Microsoft , Cisco , Oracle , Khazna Data Centers , Cerebras , TAMM (Abu Dhabi Department of Government Empowerment), Presight , Core42 , Inception , AIQ , and the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence .
