Building Smarter, Faster, and With Purpose

Real success isn’t about awards. It’s about helping people win. It’s about creating opportunities, breaking down barriers, and getting things done in a way that moves the needle. When you lead with vision, focus on real outcomes, and challenge the way things have always been done, you don’t just build better projects, you build better lives. For me, legacy isn’t a trophy. It’s knowing I brought everything to the table and left it all on the field.

That mindset has shaped my journey since I was 14, when I started a lawn care business and had my grandpa drive me around to different yards. Years later, reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad changed the way I saw money and opportunity. I bought my first rental property after college, and that was the start of everything. From real estate investing to design-build, I’ve always had one focus: how do we build smarter, faster, and better?

Thinking Like an Owner

At The Alletto Group, we approach every project like it’s our own money on the line. That’s what drives our ownership mentality. Whether it’s our job or not, if we’re on site, we’re driving the schedule, coordinating vendors, and looking out for the client. We don’t wait; we act. One of our core principles is “Be Urgent Early.” In construction, people love to delay and stack things at the end. That’s how projects blow up. We knock things out early, stay ahead, and deliver.

Using AI to Stay Ahead of the Pack

Construction is one of the slowest industries to evolve but we’re changing that. We believe there will be two types of companies soon: those who use AI, and those that are out of business. We’re using AI to streamline our processes, eliminate mistakes, and find new ways to deliver better results. Our philosophy is “CANI” Constant and Never-Ending Improvement. That means staying curious, learning fast, and leading the change instead of reacting to it.

Breaking the Mold

We challenge every outdated process we see. For example, instead of waiting for civil engineers to finalize site layout before architects start, we define a buildable area early and move forward. That saves weeks sometimes months. Too many people in our industry still say, “That’s how we’ve always done it.” We ask, “Why?” and then we find a better way.

Curiosity Is a Competitive Edge

We stay at the top by being relentlessly curious. Our team’s always asking: How can we improve this? How do we build it faster? Smarter? We go to conferences, explore new tech, and stay plugged into what’s next. We don’t wait for innovation we hunt it down. “Ask a better question, get a better answer” is something we live by.

It’s About People

My biggest accomplishment isn’t a project. It’s seeing people grow. Whether it’s an employee leveling up or a client achieving something they didn’t think was possible, I live for that. I ask my team during interviews, “What would you do if money didn’t matter?” That’s when the real dreams come out. Some want to start a restaurant; some want to train horses. I encourage that. If they give me their best while they’re here, I’ll support them however I can maybe even invest in their future business.

The Long Game Wins

Too many young people want to skip steps. I get it, but this game is about patience. It’s about grinding in your 20s, building relationships, getting better, and setting yourself up to lead in your 30s and 40s. The deals will still be happening, just be ready for them. Reputation and consistency will take you further than any shortcut.

Where We’re Going

Our goal at Alletto is to become a $1 billion a year company in the next 10 years. But it’s more than just numbers. I want to build a company where people feel like they belong. I want to reward performance, not politics. Eventually, we’ll transition into an ESOP, where employees have real ownership and real upside.

And we’re changing the way development gets done. Instead of designing first and finding out it’s over budget later, we start with the budget and reverse-engineer the design. That’s how you save time, save money, and still deliver quality.

What Legacy Really Means

I want to empower people. I want to show that when you collaborate early, challenge assumptions, and move fast, you can create better results for everyone. Whether it’s helping a first-time business owner build their dream space or creating wealth through smarter development this work matters.

Legacy isn’t about having your name on a building. It’s about knowing you made things better for the people around you. That’s what I’m here to do.
