Background

Samsung Electronics announced its 2026 audio product lineup, expanding its home sound system with smarter soundbars, Wi-Fi speakers, and better multi-device connectivity. The company will show the range at CES 2026 in Las Vegas from January 6 to 9.

The new lineup focuses on immersive sound, clean design, and better integration between devices across the home.

Leading the range is the new Q-Series flagship soundbar HW-Q990H. It introduces Sound Elevation, which moves voices toward the centre of the screen for clearer dialogue, and Auto Volume that keeps sound levels steady across different content. The 11.1.4-channel system combines a main bar, rear speakers, and a compact subwoofer to create a wide and powerful sound field.

Samsung has also added the HW-QS90H All-in-One soundbar. It has a Convertible Fit design that works on both walls and tables. A built-in sensor adjusts the sound automatically based on how the device is placed. The system includes 13 drivers and a built-in bass unit, so users don’t need a separate subwoofer.

The company is also launching two new Wi-Fi speakers, Music Studio 7 and Music Studio 5. Music Studio 7 offers 3D spatial sound through front, side, and top-firing speakers and supports high-resolution audio. Music Studio 5 comes in a compact design and suits modern living spaces, while still offering clear sound and smart connectivity.

Samsung has upgraded its Q-Symphony technology, allowing up to five sound devices to connect with a Samsung TV at once. The system analyses room layout to optimise sound placement.

Users can control all devices through the SmartThings app, making it easier to manage playback, group listening, and streaming services across the home.
