Having a strong foundation in post-secondary education, Dr. Robyne has a plethora of practice experience in research for real change. “We share a common passion for creative solutions that inform productive learning relationships and spaces for students, teachers, families, and organizations,” she states.

Dr. Robyne’s foray into keynoting as a science had its inception in deep scholarly origins that spanned more than two decades. She describes how she had to pull valuable information from the ivory tower. From her area of interest in psychology, human development, and behavior, Dr. Robyne understood that good information was not being disseminated so that people could consume it. Spurred on by the desire that all should have access to such information, she sought additional avenues.
From scholarship to public speaking, the mission of Dr. Robyne was obvious—democratizing in the sense of understanding.
Currently, through various sets of people, her work shares cutting-edge ideas beyond the horizon of conventional circles of learning. In bridging academia with society in general, Dr. Robyne teaches and educates individuals to interact with defining notions of self and society. As a professor, her position is alternative but adjunct—to share new learning and be of service. The TEDx Talk was a tipping point, catapulting her into a career she never would have imagined. Beyond the academic environment, she now empowers others with useful tools and knowledge. Dr. Robyne seeks to understand the intricacies of life, learn self-awareness and create a kinder society.
