Osiris Group extends its international fiduciary platform into the Channel Islands with the launch of Osiris Management Guernsey and Osiris Trustees Guernsey. The multi-jurisdictional provider of fiduciary, corporate and trust services secures the licences after receiving approval from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
Guernsey now serves as Osiris’ Channel Islands hub for fiduciary and private wealth services, a step the group calls central to its wider growth plans. The expansion gives clients and intermediaries wider jurisdictional choice through one platform and strengthens the group’s reach with mobile, ultra-high net worth families.
The new Guernsey entities will handle trustee services, trust administration, corporate administration, private client structuring, family office support, and directorship and governance services.
A board pairing local fiduciary expertise with continuity from Osiris Group will lead the Guernsey business. Dan Bisson becomes executive director, bringing over 25 years of fiduciary experience from Nedbank International, RBC, Butterfield and Rothschild Trust.
Tim Walker joins as executive director from Osiris Corporate Solutions in Mauritius, where he led trust and administration, offering continuity as Guernsey operations take shape.
Jonny Gamble joins the board as executive director, bringing over 30 years of investment, fiduciary and private wealth experience. George Titan, chief executive of Osiris Group, joins as non-executive director to provide oversight.
Titan said Guernsey is a jurisdiction clients had long asked about, adding the move gives the group genuine jurisdictional choice through one well-governed platform.
