The model spans software engineering, quality engineering, and data and business intelligence, drawing on CBTW’s membership in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network and its active Claude Code certification programme. For Australian enterprises building teams in Vietnam and across APAC, these practices apply from the start of an engagement and transfer with the team when centres move to full client ownership under CBTW’s Build-Operate-Transfer model.
CBTW has completed more than 25 Build-Operate-Transfer engagements, transferring over 1,000 engineers into client-owned operations. AI-assisted workflows have lifted delivery predictability by up to 25 percent, while agentic testing has cut production incidents by up to 50 percent in applicable engagements. Natural language interfaces let users query enterprise data directly, easing reliance on analysts.
The certification programme targets more than 650 engineers, including over 330 in APAC, training them to use Claude Code for code generation, review, refactoring, documentation and quality assurance within client-approved, ISO 27001-certified environments.
